A squishy yarn paired with garter rib combine here to make incredibly luxurious boot socks. Worked a bit taller than usual, these socks will protect the leg from even the longest boots, allowing the angular patterning to peek out the top. A uniquely textured heel flap mimics the squares found at the top of the sock. This 3-page, full color PDF includes both charts and written instructions. Socks are worked from the top down.

Sizes
Men’s Small/Ladies’ Large (25 cm ankle), Men’s Medium (30 cm ankle) and Men’s Large (35 cm ankle). Directions are given for Small, with Medium and Large in parentheses. When only one number is given, it applies to all sizes.

Materials
The Natural Dye Studio Blue Faced Leicester DK (100% wool; 240 meters per 100 gram skein); 1 skein
US 2/2.75 mm 30 in/80 cm circular needle OR set of 5 double pointed needles
3 stitch markers; scissors; blunt needle

Gauge
27 sts/38 rounds = 4in/10 cm in stockinette
