The Wicked Witch of the West is taking her revenge on you, unsuspecting knitter! This twisted construction begins with an evil cable
that gets kitchenered together, encircling the ankle. From there, a short row heel is worked, then a patterned foot that will keep you on your toes. Finally, the leg is worked in simple k2, p2 rib, neatly concluded with an I-cord bindoff. Ready for the challenge? The 4-page PDF includes both charts and written instructions for the cable panel.

40 stitches/54 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
